A few years ago Frontier bought a small company (ALCC) I had a major stake in, in exchange for their shares. Consequently I became quite familiar with Frontier and was quite happy to learn in Tuesday's PR that FNTN has an alliance with them. However, CH pointed out that Frontier is already mentioned in the SB2 filing. So what ever they are doing together they have been doing it for some time now.
