DRIV:

What worries me most about DRIV is the fairly broad insider selling. Insiders/large shareholders have sold over 1.1 Million shares in 1999.

That seems unusually high as a percentage of total shares outstanding (about 5% of total shares outstanding; about 6 1/2% of insider shares).

Still, DRIV has rebounded nicely from the high 20's and low 30's several times in the past year.
