T: Don't know, but it's certainly acting as a "cap". But while we wait, here's an "article" I found that bears reading. It doesn't have anything to do with VLNC, but deals with the market(s) in general. If yer "nervous and jerky" about the overall mania-levels of the market these days, then this article will do nothing to assuage your concerns.
