Not to rain on anyone's parade, but we still have no idea what the terms of this financing are. People don't just give $30 million away out of the goodness of their hearts, they have something big to gain from the risk associated with giving that much money to a company that has no prior history of doing what they claim they can do. I'm a shareholder too, but it's time to be realistic and face facts, there is a catch, and when the market hears it (after the AGM) they'll make a decision as to invest or not. Alex
