I believe TAP was trying to convey to us that if the USBL team does well it will benefit us indirectly with increase ticket sales for the franchise. However, from reviewing other sports team that are held by publicly traded companies i.e. Cleveland Indians, the value is more of a kinship to the team rather than a true investment and the stock price usually trades below its IPO offer price. But if we own TNRG so indirectly we own a USBL basketball team and maybe some other investors will find that exciting. Anyway I agree the dividend issue is the real important topic and needs to be resolved to inform prospective investors.
