Some good LPGL numbers. For any XSNI lurkers out there, this is the sort of info you need to invest - not a company executive who refuses to talk about his company with anyone. Could be a fake but I doubt it. If true, it tells me that LPGL has 3.2 million shares running around loose, a nice number.

This is a message from LPGL about shareholding. Note the chairman controls 50% already with his own holdings and that of the employee scheme:

fron Ian Whitehead in regards to shareholders.

In response to your question there are about 64.4 million shares in issue which is equivalent to about 16.1 million ADRs (1ADR=4 shares). As noted in our 1998 annual report, about 27% are owned by the Chairman, about 23% by the employee option program, 12% by Phildrew Nominees (UK institution), 10% by Heartland (US mutual fund manager), 5% by a Fidelity fund and 3% by Prudential Assurance Company of the UK.
