Right, I heard the same thing- the .489 will change if the QNTM value moves outside the agreed upon range.

Also, this deal with Meridian will probably not close until after tracking stock starts. That will not have any effect on this deal. Just like every else's QNTM, it transforms into the 2 tracking stocks at the ratio of the value of QDSS and QHDD as determined by the opening prices on their first day of actual trading (following the period that QDSS and QHDD trade on a "when issued" basis).
