GIC lost all of yesterday's gains here, but I am holding thru. . .May increase holdings if it breaks into 42-43's . . that would average me up to about 40, which makes a safe trade and sets me up to see gains from rebounds or any more A.T. and T. news.

William: I finally spoke with PLCO senior counsel Marie Kashiro (925-934-9531) this morning. Confirming the information that has been on this thread - The PLCOW are convertible to the PLCOP series E at 6 commons for each preferred. There is a 750K float on the P and a 1.5M on the W. The warrants expire in December of 2002. The P are convertible on December 29th of this year. The W converts at $5 (I thought I heard $4 earlier on this thread)
I asked why they did not do their own NR yesterday. She said they were planning a NR of their own when the Venitian opens next week. I asked if the internet kiosks would be in that store and she said she would check. I also asked about the jump to Nasdeq and she said that the companies main focus right now was building the store and core value.
I just bought more of each.
