The stock's decline prompted Life Foundation Trust today to revise the terms of a $100 million investment in Hitsgalore.com announced Monday.

Trustee Jeanette Wilcher said the per share price for the investment will be lowered to $20 from $25. The company will get an interest in a joint venture in oil and gas wells in Texas instead of cash. In a press release issued by the trust, she called Reed's resignation ''admirable.'' Trust spokesman Bill Wallace said more details about the investment will be disclosed by Hitsgalore.com next week. He declined to provide more information about the trust's oil properties.

Only for as long as the suspension lasted, which would probably be two weeks. I posted about the consequences of SEC halts yesterday; look it up. Your fascination with hypothetical questions never ceases to amaze me. Now in the real world, are you saying HITT will be halted and if so why?
