J.O., i'm really just looking at my lvl.2 screens and comparing volume to average daily volume . i also look at the size of block trades and whether they tend to go off at the bid or ask or above/below bid and ask to gauge whether accumulation or distribution is taking place. in order to keep some overview of what's happening i track only a handful of leading issues. so far today, the big boys just seem not to be playing at all. all this is in reference to internet issues. note that whenever they play dead for most of the trading day, the relevant moves tend to take place during the last hour/half hour of trading, one can then garner how the big money positions itself for the next trading session.

regards,
