Mike,

Internets are being bought in spades by growth mutuals, according to today's IBD.

Hi Mike,

NEM is on a downtrend, but has been reasonably flat for a few months.

The bullish signal is the 50 day MA starting to turn north.

NEM is a good psychological bet (the bet that inflation fears, not inflation, drives the market). That makes it a bet of short duration.

Like the cyclicals, gold will have some support for the rest of the summer, but I don't think it will be strong.

England is selling half its gold. The only person I've heard play that down was a guy from NEM or similar.

One strong uptick does not inflation make. I'm guessing that the majority of this year's spike was in that number, and that gas isn't going much farther right now. The next number will calm down significantly, and gold will be sold.

Best,

Caroline
