Ron,

Thank you for your impressions of the US operations opening party.

RE: TA
I don't understand your negative TA. What is it based on?

I figure today's 52 week intraday and closing record high puts an exclamation mark on the chart's TA of the past 4-5 months. It seems to me that regular new intraday highs, almost weekly closing highs since its 52 week lows and the very healthy volume more or less through-out this period of upward movement bodes well for the long term future if not the near future. At the very least we can expect the stock to go higher simply because Cannacord (if it is a house position) has a substantial positive net postion and it will take a certain time period of upward movement for them to unload. Pretty sketchy TA I know, but that is my opinion. As for FA, considering this is still essentially a spec stock, the fundamentals couldn't be better. With the 20F now a fact there will be a whole new arena for financing and promotion.

Long SYD,
