No, I haven't been through this exact process before. I didn't ask my broker who would be paying. Most brokerages have an options department, so you should talk to the options department of your brokerage if you want to know who pays. Ultimately if PHG wins they will pay for all the shares in the end. If you find out anything more, do post it.
