Bob, I understand your position. I just don't care to assume it for obvious reasons.<g>

The lack of the financial release up to this time has me a bit concerned. I am still hopeful we will hear something on an I-Prex deal soon.

Interesting how the stock going down from $7 or higher enables us to feel such great pleasure when it pops up from $2 7/8 to $3 3/4.

Since I mark to market daily I accepted my loss in XOMA and now I count the upswing as a gain.

Bob, is XOMA going to leave us all in the dark about their quarterly filing? Do you think they forgot? Or are they waiting for the DSMB to say it's o.k. to release it? Or perhaps the FDA. Later is not better than sooner. Later implies a problem. Yes a problem. If there is no problem, filing late is just irresponsible.
