re. the Trust, I just did an exhaustive search of several databases on Lexis/Nexis for any mention of 'Life Foundation Trust' or 'Jeanette Wilcher'.

Life Foundation Trust apparently:
* never issued a news release, or was mentioned in a news release, until the recent HITT deal
* was never mentioned in any news story in a newspaper for a city of any size
* was never mentioned in any SEC filing
* was never mentioned in any of the oil industry news sources that Lexis/Nexis receives.

The only mention of 'Jeanette Wilcher' that I found in the Lexis/Nexis databases, aside from the recent HITT news releases, were mentions in court records and newspapers of ladies who live in Minnesota, Tenessee, and Georgia, and I find no reason to think any of them are the same as the one affiliated with the Trust.

So there we have it: as far as publicity is concerned, the Trust and the lady have recently materialized from nowhere.
