Pravin, we agree again.

As was suggested earlier, TSMC might want to acquire just the portion of Portland that hasn't been outfitted. Consider also that TSM might want to add the MX core to their list of "cells". That would put an entirely new face on the CPU market as anyone with enough bucks could build a custom x86 CPU in a matter of months.
