He's right on the money. Lou said it all Wednesday when he emphasised that companies are calling IBM in droves to help them develop an Internet strategy. Do you think Yahoo or Amazon or eBay needed IBM to help develop their strategies? What Lou said is that companies are just waking up and don't know what to do. That's no threat...especially coming from big multi-divisional companies that are already four years behind and take forever to develop anything.
