Technology Stocks : Nortel Networks (NT) -- Ignore unavailable to you. Want to Upgrade?

Colt Telecom and Level 3 have a cost sharing agreement on the European network being built with Nortel technology. If Level 3 is paying part
of the cost for that network, it seems reasonable they were part of the decision to go with Nortel. If that is so, they would be inclined to view
Nortel favorably when upgrading the Level 3 network. Does anybody think the contract which Dave House recently mentioned might be a
contract between Nortel and Level 3.

Not much going on last two days. Low volume and bad BAD market conditions. I still think that we are in a trend with an upward bias. Todays action in the Nasdaq looked very encouraging for tomorrows trading day. NT had 3 large block buys come through after hours which is also a good sign. Volume has been low due to the fed meeting tomorrow. Nobody wants to commit to a position of any magnitude. I think the fed will not act tomorrow and stocks will go higher from here. Many are betting that the market will fall tomorrow, that is why I think it will take off. JMO
