Here is my guess. Coms is a big company with over 361.9 million shares of stock. This deal will probably be to big of a deal for a cash tender offer. It will take a huge company to by coms. I think it will be LU. The deal will be an even stock swap 1 share for 1 share. Lu currently is trading in the 58 dollar range. dawg
