I saw that on Raging Bull as well. If that is true, that an article will be in Barrons, we will have an explosion upward. The day traders would jump in as well, and this stock would skyrocket. I hope that the Barron's item is correct.

Well that rumor was posted Wednesday or Thursday and the stock did not climb. If it opens at $1 on Monday that is a little high for an entry point. It would be a good idea to go to Ken Wolfe's thread and read about first day gappers.

There is $4.75 million in a grant from ISTEA/CMAQ (the congressional
highway-infrastructure pork giveaway from last year) coming in to NYRR Several good points to this money. It is similar to getting $50 million in gross revenues (at a 9 percent margin). The $4.75 mil into infrastructure is "most capital" because infrastructure to a RR is like R&D to a tech company - you usually get more out than you put in. Let's say that they only get back $3 million from it in revenue the first year - but it is not a single return on the money - it is annual, and continual. So maybe they get the $3 million a year more in revenue due to infrastructure upgrades - but for the next 20 years. And the best point of all - this initial $4.75 million - as a grant, is totally free $$ to the RR.
