I will agree to discuss NWI on this thread. noone appreciates people posting "I told ya sos" when the stock tanks. that is rubbing salt in the wounds. That is what started this. I got pissy and decided to fire back. Maybe I crossed the line. I apologize if I did. I encourage you to contribute here. IF indeed you have been on all the SFR properties then you are likely a million miles ahead of me. AS far as I can figure I have only been on one property and that is a property showing visible granite - my backyard. Too tired - no mas
