No relevance that I can see...to either bits of news.

Theratope isn't chemo, but it can be used along with chemo and many other therapies.

As for Altarex...
The short story is that they were started by Biomira scientists, and licensed some patented technologies from Biomira (none of which are relevant to any products Biomira has in it's product pipeline, but are critical to Altarex's R&D). There is some kind of dispute over the terms of the license (Biomira appears to have not extended the license). Altarex is suing Biomira to allegedly enforce the license contract. Biomira is suing Altarex for outright patent infringement to the tune of $200 million. IMHO, worst case is that Biomira continues licensing to Altarex. Best case is that Biomira ends up owning Altarex along with their product pipeline.
