there's even more good to that story... after the email exchange, i wrote a letter to the vice president of marketing and customer care. i leapfrogged all the schleps in between and went right to the vp. and i haven't even heard from him yet. the call i got was not from the vp's office. maybe in line for some double-dipping here? lol! actually, (and this will kill you) i told the guy to just comp me the cartridges i originally asked for. i didn't want the hassle of shipping, setting up and learning two new printers. maybe i'm crazy for not taking him up on his offer. that could be annoying.
