Hi..you had better read up on what makes a computer run.. that is where your research should begin..your response made no sense to me.. and I don't get it how you could analyze what you read if you don't know the basics of how a dumb machine works and where it gets its intelligence from.. I must admit it is difficult for me to phanthom that systems designers would be so careless in the past 15 years to put such a glaring bug into their systems.. old systems..thirty or more years were expected to be replaced..so there was not the concern about the year2k bug..then was concern about saving space..
