KL, Dang! if you can pull up both charts, then you can see on the BARRA Growth Index that the Index fell below its 200-day moving average recently for the first time in many months and failed to gain a new high on a retest.

The BARRA Value Index on the other hand had a sideways pattern for five years finally broken decisively to the upside about two weeks ago. The Value Index is now above its 200-day moving average for the first time in 5 years....

So I played "follow the leader" and loaded up on cheap cyclicals (including energy and OS stocks)and cheap small caps.. No idea how long the uptrend on the Value Index will run, but IMO the trend is in place..... BigBull- Some "hard data" supporting a move into cyclicals...
