Bully you are correct...All of these deals will be different ,depending on assay's..and who has the goods as to leverage at the table!!I guess it had to happen!The whole deal here is that there is a"find" and no one knows as yet just how rich it is...only drilling will prove this out..JV or otherwise,but current reports warrant a continuous effort and one must admit "SO FAR SO GOOD" this ain't gonna happen overnite as most investors would like...the important thing here is that it IS going to happen.

Bully, I agree with your statement. We are non-reporting, OTC BB, and possibly considering financing through CDCH which would be viewed by many as less than an arms length arrangement. These were the facts I was considering when suggesting a higher price due to a JV agreement. I know a JV agreement per se does not mean a higher price, every deal and situation is different.
