Why waste words back and forth. So what about the following: Shareholders of Bikers Dream, Inc from time to time, may offer and sell up to 3,355,601 shares of Bikers Dream common stock. The selling shareholders may, from time to time, offer their shares through public or private transactions at prevailing market prices or privately negotiated prices. So what???? Means nothing. All shareholder officers of a company sooner or later have the right to sell their stock. Bill Gates can sell all of his too. So WHATTTTTTTTT!!!!!!! I think their are about 5,200,000 shares outstanding and about 62% is held by insiders. That would be about 3.2 or 3.3MM shares. So whattttttttttttt........Once again, it means NOTHINGGGGGGGG..... I know 4 people that bought BIKR's cycles and they love them. I would like to know when they report. Thought it had to be within 6 weeks of the quarter's end. So, what do you think about this stock? For sure it is not getting pounded like the Internets today. They must be above Break-even now. I think the web site opens next week. 20,000 items. I tried the search function and they still have a little work to do on it. But that is a substantial number of inventory items for a little company to put on a web site. Not a small task.
