Scott: The Harmon article touched me on the nerve I exposed here last week. I asked then how does NETP grow its revenues annually after it has made it's big sale to a client. How does it maintain market share as clients, themselves, come up with proprietary solutions, or as clients seek renegotiated and cheaper contracts with NETP as competition from other solution providers hots up.

I suggested that they develop consulting services (and Harmon seems to agree with that). I suggested that they may seek alliances or partnerships "deals" whereby they get a little piece of any e-commerce that takes place on a site where NETP is installed. They might do a partnership with a ratings service and sell informaton on buying habits, if they can work that into their contracts with clients.
