The action on the stock is not really that bad.
A sharp drop at the open and reasonable stability thereafter.

BIG PICTURE:

Earnings were solid.

Even though AT&T will dominate the cable lines, how do you
know that AOL is automatically shut out? Conceivably they
could pay to be a provider on the Cable Lines.

Finally, the switch to cable lines is EXPENSIVE and is in the
future - not now, not a year from now and so on. AOL, it
should be remembered, has millions of subscribers right now.
Much, much more than AT&T's Worldnet.

I'd like to hear contrary views.
