"Game, Set, and Match, .... Milosevic.." 5.KLA diarmed Now that's interesting. What if they won't give their weapons up? Kill them?? Overall, it sounds to me like you're plan basically halts battle lines where they currently are; leaves the refugees, both in and out of Kosovo, in physical and political limbo; and leaves the Milosevic political regime and apparatus intact which created this crisis in the first place.
