1. Stop the bombing

OK, what if Milosevic chooses not to leave and you've now lost the political momentum to resume bombing?

2.Partially rehabilitate Milosevic-"He is terribly sorry and moved toward Western Positions"

Been there, Done that. The West "rehabilitated" Milosevic after the war crimes that were committed under his direction and influence back during the Dayton Accords. But ok, let's try it again. Can we "rehabilitate" Saddam Hussein as well? Kim Il-Jong?? Adolf Hitler or Stalin? How about Satan, himself??

Just who is NOT redeemable in your eyes? Are you saying that any political leader can commit or permit human rights abuses under their regime and not have to pay the consequences??

2. Arrange an immediate meeting in Moscow

Where the Russian president is being impeached for war crimes of his own in Chechyna?? Can't we pick some place nicer??

3. Offer Massive Aid Package

To who? And under what conditions??

4. UN troops NATO in Albanian Villages and Russians in Serbian along Korea style demilitarised zone

So keep the borders as they are and leave the Kosovar Albanians in their Diaspora?? ie: no return of Albanians to their previous homes. "Game, Set, and Match, .... Milosevic.."

5.KLA diarmed

Now that's interesting. What if they won't give their weapons up? Kill them??

Overall, it sounds to me like you're plan basically halts battle lines where they currently are; leaves the refugees, both in and out of Kosovo, in physical and political limbo; and leaves the Milosevic political regime and apparatus intact which created this crisis in the first place.

Sounds to me like Milosevic should be sending his political "donations" to you.

Regards,

Ron
