Hi Dell thread. I have come over to get a quick answers about something and I apologize if this has already been conversed about in the past but this thread id very active and has many, many post. Anyway, Digital River and Dell are doing business together on the Dell E-Commerce site. Digital River supplies all the ESD(electronic software downloading) for the Dell Gigabuys sight. This is a brand new relationship between the two companies and some on the Digital River thread speculate that it could run deeper(ie., a buyout of Digital River by Dell) because no news is being reported by Digital River. Has Dell commented on if they have plans to go on a aquisition binge or male any aqusitions for that matter and if so, would they buy a service company since they are a hardware company? Just curious about Dell's current aquisition strategy. Regards
