I think Trufflette is referring to the fact that there are 42 million shares in the float and 10.2 million are short according to the April numbers.
That is an abnormally high percentage of the float.

A lot of people think this stock is going to be lower soon. On the other hand good news will cause a massive short squeeze. Either way this is going to one volatile stock.
