I couldn't get N/A to work either. It was not a fix. I showed you what I tried, hoping it would save further gnashing of teeth.

Based on your example, I suggest that you create a custom Expert - and define symbols for custom signals. Attach your Expert to the chart and save it as a template. You can define colours and symbols (arrow, diamond, dot, thumb-up) and position it above or below bar with a text label to suit.

Whenever you apply the template to a stock, it will automatically use your Expert and place symbols appropriately. This works for "binary" signals (1=show symbol; 0 = show nothing - works like the N/A you wanted).
