You've reminded me of another of Bill Wallace's answers in his landmark interview with Bloomberg last night. One of the few pieces of information he actually offered was that LFT is a "for profit" trust. To remind all, according to the press release, "the fundamental purpose of the Trust is to generate funds with which to meet various charitable objectives; including the provision of food to the hungry..." This guy can't keep his story straight for a few hours.
