Valuation? Neutral from what? Have they seen the price of the stock lately. Hasn't moved since Niles went dumpster diving. Geeez. Always on the Friday before earnings. Funny, we got an upgrade earlier in the week and hardly budged. Hummmm.

LOL!!!! Paine Webber must need to strengthen their position in DELL before the earnings report on Tuesday what a great time to put out a downgrade while market is running scared anyway.. EW
