In Mr Chalnicks Bio on NCT's page it states " He was formerly the CFO of a publicly held corporation." Is KBS publicly held? I can't seem to find a quote on it. When I questioned Mr. Jim Kent as to what public company Mr Chalnick served as CFO, he told me, "It didn't matter" Robert I.
