Thanks, I have - shorted that is. :-) Was close to adding to it at 8 until the end of the day when the stock cratered back near 7.

I have nothing against the company... but stocks don't normally double after a 5:1 reverse split. The more I think about it the more convinced I am that SCII is getting a free ride off the other company's PR. The major problem I see with shorting is that buyers may not realize it for a long time, no catalyst, though after the late selloff today I think perhaps some people woke up.

I will have to look into SCII more this weekend, because I have to wonder if this isn't intentional on the company's part. Sensar Inc. has been getting good PR for some time now, and SCII only changed their name last week. These days what kind of company would change their name to a name whose website (www.sensar.com) was already taken by another company? This makes the management look either stupid or shady. If they are legit they should put out a clarifying PR. I will not be holding my breath.
