You're not looking at the facts. SMOKING MAN has it boxed in and for now is scaring off demand and volumn. It's all there on the screens. And it costs "him" almost nothing to box inside a one point spread. Unless there's outside volumn to break through his roadblock there will be up upside volumn. I believe other institutions are holding off buying BKS because they don't want to screw with GS and Merrill. Your post is a perfect example of someone scared by the lack of positive movement. No way there's not interest in BKS right now. It's about to release the biggest net IPO of the year.

Whether I'm right or wrong though, none of this will matter as we get closer to IPO date. At certain point the dam will break, as the underwriters want it to. Afterall they're big shareholders themselves. I don't know why you can't understand my logic here. I've been following this very closely for a long time now. I am only reporting what I see. And BKS remains a hot buy.
