Roger,

I'm fairly bullish on real estate (or REITS). They tend to do better than most equities in a rising interest rate environment (couldn't tell from some of my holdings today though!).

No doubt in my mind interest rates bottomed out late last year. I wonder what the clowns predicting 4% 30yr rates are saying now.

At least I've made some money shorting some i-net pigs this year.

IMNR tanked today. ZONA and LJPH recently. I am in urgent need to find replacement! After covering most of IMNR today my 50/50 rule is tanking. Any idea in Biotech? Anyone?

PS: not like I am complaining ...(G)

Roger - International Paper IP has a PE of 75. This seems excessive to me. Could be a good hedge on the Dow. ( At one time you had a good handle on lumber prices in Georgia - perhaps you could comment on the valuation of IP.)

Thanks...Mark
