The modest rally in ARTT this afternoon coincided with the release of the 10-Q, which was a surprise to me. I thought for sure we would see a NT 10-Q today. The 10-Q said absolutely nothing noteworthy. The only reference to financing was this sentence: "The Company has engaged investment bankers to assist it in obtaining financing and is in negotiations with potential investors to provide equity financing. However, there can be no assurance...[more boilerplate language]" They could have written that a month ago.
