I guess I could agree with that. But that's not what the powers that be said to Mr. Gary Dale Hoke a few weeks ago when he tried his little churning at an opportune moment. He was charged with securities fraud not to mention a lawsuit by Bloomberg!

And that's what stink's about it in my opinion! They (brokers,news & goverment officials) can cause use (John Q public) millions and were expected to just shrug our shoulders and be patient til they decide to put out a dribble of honesty! But I guess your right that's just the way it is, unethical.

I agree with you. HP may help us on Monday when they report. MD would not repeat the same mistake last Q. He knows that the street will forgive you once, but you do it again and you are cooked.

BTW, you bought a day early again. :o) But, like the CSCO trade, you will be handsomely rewarded on Wednesday.
