Dorine,

That's good news.
The company has shown the most sincerity and efficiency in dealing the issues in last 2 weeks. It re-enforced my view that DCTC is not an ordinary OTC BB stock. Yes there was some question , but we know it was not any intentional error and it was rather a different
accounting method and some not so strict outside audit.

Now DCI will use one of the top 5 firms do the audit for DCI Telecom,
it brings lots of confidence.

It's certainly not good news for someone to get cheap shares next week(GGG)

Have a good weekend

Dorine, This is way past being just good news and what timing. Have to hand it to DCI management in the upstanding way they have dealt with the SEC suspension. Here's to hoping that we are up an trading on the OTCBB on Monday...or at least sometime next week!

Just as long as everyone realizes that even the Big 5 screw up now and then. This move is certainly no panacea, but in terms of restoring market confidence, it's certainly another step in the right direction. As was including a copy of the 5/3 press release with the newsletter.

DCTC announced today that its Board of Directors has selected Deloitte & Touche LLP as the company's new auditors.

To paraphrase the Oldsmobile commercial: This ain't your father's "pink sheet" stock!

Deloitte & Touche LLP has acceptance procedures to follow. The Big 5 do not accept "risky" SEC clients. This can be confirmed by the fact the the Big 5 have roughly 85% of the SEC work, leaving the remaining 15% of SEC companies to the lower tier firms.

YET the lower tier firms have 55% or so of the lawsuits, arising from taking on those "risky clients."

A Big 5 presence is also a good thing if we were to be courted by a major player e.g. a buyout offer.
