I would move my money out of the BofM so fast...if thats true. There's is not to interfere with an open market...if you can prove the block I would visit my friendly neighbourhood lawyer and shoot them a small "compensation letter"!!

No bank is allowed to interfere with the orderly purchases in the market. If i choose to buy 1K of Ebay, they cannot stop me, if I choose to buy 500,000 of TVL they cannot stop me. They will however, intervene and try to fill the stock without unduly forcing the price...but if they have to ....they have to!!

Gotta agree with the chief on this one. Move your money and sue the bastards.

The Royal's been ok to me. Also, so what if your 540K moves the market? That's what open markets are supposedly all about.

We should all have such problems.
