I liked the C & W deal, it made sense to me. So I omitted it.
GBLX now reminds me of Worldcom in the early 90's. I can only hope the Gambit of FRO and USW pays of in the end. The strategic value of cobbleing together a new telecom titan is captivating. Frank C's questioning FRO's entering the e-mail provider arena, one already crowded, makes me wonder what additional redundancies will be revealed in any USW combination.

Interesting reversal in the stock today. Teddy's post on the WS talking heads speaking in the general vagaries show they don't know what to make of yet it either. It's a complicated Deal. Clever how they proposed it as a merger of equals to get around the FRO clause of not entering additional mergers pending FRO's assimilation.
Robert Annunziata is sharking GBLX's way up to to be a player.
