Barronio/Smart Money, your whole premise for this scam was that in this, under SCII at Yahoo, there was a link to the Iris Sensar company.

Search Yahoo! for related links...

Meanwhile, upfront and in the middle of the page sits this:

Business Summary

Sensar Corp. designs, develops, manufactures and markets analytical instruments related to the environmental sciences, and accompanying hardware/software
technology for industrial and military applications. For the fiscal year ended 12/31/98, net sales rose 5% to $8.7 million. Net loss applicable to Common fell 44% to $8.3
million. Revenues reflect increased chemical analysis revenues. Lower loss reflects an improved gross profit margin and lower S/G/A expenses.

So you are trying to tell us that folks who are looking into related links, while doing exhaustive DD are going to miss the Business Summary? Nevermind the recent SEC filings, or PR's that say nothing about SCII being in the biometric or iris scanning business. And, the only supporting fact that you give for a possible link between the two companies is a PR released on Yahoo Biz, by the obscure Bank United at Thursday May 13, 2:40 pm Eastern Time. You have mentioned on various threads that Sensar the IRIS company has been on CNBC "over the last two weeks," prove it.
I believe that you made that up; that after you caught this PR released on Thursday PM
biz.yahoo.com
you got together with your "gang" and concocted this lie for your own profiteering.

In the PR you will find no stock links to a company for Sensar, though there are links for DBD and BNKU. the link for Sensar brings the reader to:
sensar.com
Where there is ample enough proof that Sensar/Iris Scan is not a public company.

Looking at the five day SCII chart, you'll see no spike, as a PR might give.
quote.yahoo.com

So, based on your premise, that if related Yahoo link brings one company to another, that the company in question should be forced by the SEC to release a PR, then I guess I'll have to notify CMGI that under their links, is this, and they should be forced by the SEC to release a PR stating they are not that!

CM Girard Tax Services

I will also be notifying SCII of the statements you've made in regards to their needing to release a PR to clear up a matter that "Yahoo related links..." made; that the SEC will force them to do so; that they are free-riding on Sensar Iris Scan; that they are intentionally misleading the public; all statements by you as a means by which to bring down the price of SCII for your own profiteering. That is illegal.

Lucky888 was right, Investors are not that stupid, especially when it comes to falling for lies.
