Okay, I am going to "bite" -- could someone please convey a little info. regarding what is the story with NextWave ? Specifically -- Maurice has stated : How about Leap Wireless International and NextWave Telecom get their heads together? ... As a shareholder of both, I'm happy with that. Does this mean that there are NextWave common stock shares still "out there" ? Is there a bid / ask on the security ? If NextWave went bust a while back, how come the bankruptcy is still not resolved ? Is it due to lawyers working slowly (on purpose), or is it because of NextWave's partial claim on those pieces of future wireless spectrum ? Did NextWave actually trade under the ticker symbol "SURF" ? (Does this have anything to do with Surfer Mike ?) (I did try to do some research on this myself. I even called the company (the phone number given on their website (which is still there)) and left a message. (No response yet)). I have NOT looked at S.E.C. stuff yet ... Jon.
