Re. TD and Waterhouse valuation

Does anyone have an idea (or a way to calculate) what percentage of TD's stock price is based on Waterhouse valuation. I can not decide if I should vlaue this stock as a bank or as an online discount broker. I am trying to make a good decision and not get caught up in the Waterhouse IPO hype. Thanks for your help. Dan
