Right, now add to the fact that GBLX's current executive suite is already top heavy without the FRO, USW combo. There ws a WSJ article about it a month ago. I think it's posted back on the thread.

I subscribe to the Navy mandate that there can be only one Captain to a ship. Dual CEO's rarely work out; in fact, I can only think of one such structure in the current business environment which has a chance of success. In the Citibank-Travelers' Insurance merger, both John Reed and Sandy Weill were assigned equal responsibilities.

Both have egos as big as boxcars. Is it working? We don't yet know.
But at least with one CEO, we always know where the buck stops.
