Zebra regards the Form 4s first the definition of 3,4 and 5<<Forms 3, 4 and 5

Every director, officer or owner of more than ten percent of a class of equity securities registered under Section 12 of the '34
Act must file with the Commission a statement of ownership regarding such security. The initial filing is on Form 3 and changes
are reported on Form 4. The Annual Statement of beneficial ownership of securities is on Form 5. The forms contain
information on the reporting person's relationship to the company and on purchases and sales of such equity securities.>> The point here is a point that I find interesting, thus far I see no one selling that would require a Form 4---one reason I keep close tabs on ASTN is the REAL insiders(covered by the Form 4 regulations) are not selling(or registering to sell)--as best I understand this(and I am only learning) those that are filing 144s are not required to file a Form 4-----Max90
