Re: Financing your new home. I will be doing the same, however, I do not know when you plan to close, but you might take a look at the last two years in the bond market. Usually peaks in May and comes back to reality by late June. Fortunately, I have a June 30 closing, so I am planning on waiting out this hysteria. The bond and interest rates should chill out by the end of June if the last two years are indicative of 1999.

Wish I could just pay cash, but DELL needs to move a little more to the upside. :0)

The other good news today is that DELL went back and filled what I think is the last gap at 40 1/4. We'd hate to have that nasty little thing hanging over us. It would be a long way back from 80 to fill that sucker <GGG>!

Not as bad a week as it could have been, all in all.
